- Frame and all steel parts in the chair.

- Cushioning, memory foam, armrests, wheels, levers, and any plastic parts.

This warranty does not cover:

- Improper assembly.

- Improper follow-up maintenance.

- Installation of components, parts, or accessories not compatible with the chair as sold.

- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

- Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

So far so good! Will update :)Fast shipping , and easy assembly . The only thing that could improve is the seat that seems a little too narrow for a wider framed people.The seat is firm , but I don't mind it. I wish you could tilt it forward just a little bit more .

Great value for avid gamer

Got this for my gamer husband as a gift. He desperately needed a new chair as his old one had worn down flat. This was a huge hit! He reclines in it every weekend morning to watch YouTube and it provides the support needed to help his back. Considering he can spend up to 12 hours gaming, this is a necessity. He says it's very comfortable and only took him maybe 30 minutes to assemble. One note on assembly, the diagram doesn't show very well that the back of the chair slides into the metal slot and then screw in, don't screw into the outside.

Good chair but weak applostery on the arms. I've had the chair for 2 months or so and there are small holes showing up on the arms apparently from the fasteners used for the foam arm rests.
