Warranty Policies
Every new gaming chair comes with our industry's best warranty and loyalty program - Turismo Care. Once your bicycle is registered, we provide each original retail purchaser a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, being stated as the following:
10 Years
- Frame and all steel parts in the chair.
2 Years
- Cushioning, memory foam, armrests, wheels, levers, and any plastic parts.
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper assembly.
- Improper follow-up maintenance.
- Installation of components, parts, or accessories not compatible with the chair as sold.
- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
- Chairs used for commercial activities, including those in rental fleets and gaming arenas.
I have the Razer Iskur that has no RGB but this Crotone chair comes with RGB and the comfort of a TItan or Razer Iskur. Only complaint is the wire for the chair could of been a little longer but of course an easy work around for the price

Desktop is very heavy and feels solid. Has a rounded front which looks sleek. Buttons to raise and lower can be attached on either side. Bought for my wife as she work full time from home. Bought Dec 2015.Control unit which connect to the motors which raises and lowers went out after 2 years. Turismo RacingDesk was super helpful and responsive. Ended up sending me a new control unit even though it was not in warranty anymore. Very friendly and even made sure it worked after sending the new unit. Would definitely look to Turismo Racing for any future Sit Stand desk needs.
